Helping Entrepreneur sand Businesses Bring Ideas to Life
I offer consulting, hands-on services, and flexible project support to help makers, entrepreneurs, and small manufacturing businesses bring ideas to life. Whether you’re developing a new product, improving your digital fabrication workflow, setting up your live event, or trying to get a physical project over the finish line, I help you apply technology practically ā from CAD and 3D printing to software automation, prototyping, and beyond.
With a background in tech, production, and live events Iām as comfortable building on the shop floor as I am solving problems behind a screen. Whether you need advice, training, or someone to jump in and do the work, I meet you where you are and help move things forward.
So whether you’re a solo entrepreneur trying to figure things out, or an established business trying to make improvements: I do whats needed when you need it.
I’ll go from hammering a nail, to scripting automation software, to putting on a suit to give a PowerPoint presentation…
…all in a days work.“

Some of my customers…

“As a prop maker I saw the potential in 3D printing to make props. Not only did Dan consult me on the on all the methods, processes, pros and cons of 3D printing, he was even able to print out my designs. On top of that, he was willing to help set up equipment and sets for shows at a moments notice when needed. He not only uses his brain – he is willing to get his hands dirty “
Corey Thorrell – Prop Master at Ballet West

“We are an old machine shop that was interested in learning about new technologies. Dan did excellent research for us in new potential methods using Additive Manufacturing, as well as automating many of our processes on the computer increasing efficiency”
Bob Egge – Owner of Egge Machine Company

“As a founder at a start up company having someone like Dan who is willing to tackle anything was invaluable. From helping with design to putting in the hours getting cable hung before a show he was willing to do what needed to be done to get the project complete”
Hunter Hall – Founder Lumenight Project

“I’ve been a top rated Etsy seller for jewelry for a long time. And while I know a lot about how to make jewelry by hand – getting it mass produced is a completely different story! Dan made it really easy for me to just give him my idea and he helped bring it to life!”
Sarah – Owner of Maebeas, Etsy Top Rated Seller
About Me
My passion for manufacturing and engineering began in 2010 when I moved to Shanghai, China, where I spent six years visiting factories, meeting industry experts, and learning firsthand how real-world production works. Since then, I’ve worked as a mechanical designer, supported entertainment productions with equipment and prop fabrication, and built a career combining technical knowledge with creative problem-solving. I hold associate degrees in Computer-Aided Design (Manufacturing Emphasis) and Computer Science, giving me a strong foundation in both physical and digital technologies.
I’m a hands-on builder, a creative thinker, and a lifelong learner ā and I bring that spirit to every project.
